€29/month includes all features, one identity and one active user. Approved members are charged separately across all your identities.
Identity and User Rates
- Identities
- €25 per identity / month
- Use different identities for weekdays, seasons or events. Each has its own membership system and monthly fee. At least one identity is required.
- Active Users
- €3.50 per user / month
- Every employee, promoter or owner with access counts as an active user. Deactivate users who no longer need access to avoid unnecessary charges. Review access under Accounts > Access Report.
Approved Members
Approved members are counted across all your identities and billed in blocks of 100. The rate decreases at higher member counts. Pending and rejected members are free.

How do I get Nyx for my venue?
Request a free trial and we’ll help you with setup. You can use Nyx on an iPad or smartphone.
What does it cost?
Subscriptions start at €29/month and include all features, one identity and one active user. Approved members are charged separately in blocks of 100 across all your identities. See the pricing section for identity, user and member rates.
How do guests find my venue on Nyx?
You share a unique registration link on your social media, website, or at the door. Guests download the Nyx app, create an account, and find your venue through your link or by searching in the app.
Can I use just one feature, or do I need everything?
All features are included in your subscription. Use whichever you need, from guest lists and memberships to tickets, campaigns and table bookings.
How do ticket payouts work?
Ticket revenue is processed through Stripe and paid out directly to your connected bank account. You set your own ticket prices; Nyx's platform fee is shown transparently per ticket.
Do guests need the Nyx app?
Guests use the Nyx app to manage memberships, request guest list access, and buy tickets. For tables and some campaigns, guests receive a direct link and no app is required.
Can I connect Stripe, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo?
Yes. Stripe is built in for ticket sales and prepayments. Mailchimp and Klaviyo connect to campaigns so you can sync your audience and trigger email flows from Nyx data.
How do I get support?
